			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Someone I follow on Twitter is having issues with intermittent tweets making it to her phone via SMS. I haven&#8217;t been following the problem, but from what I saw, could it be that the individuals she is follow are not set to device update on? Not sure, I may be in left field but it&#8217;s worth looking into. I remember a couple days ago she thought it might be her carrier, Sprint.</p>
<p>Even with device updates on, you can follow someone and NOT have the tweets come to you via SMS. How? By default I think. All mine are set to device updates : OFF as shown below.</p>

<p>I remember seeing when following someone a way to turn that on. Here are the options below.</p>

<p>Just to see how it looks when it&#8217;s on, I set device updates on and that is what we have now for vkoser below.</p>
