They are a good bit more expensive but you get an opportunity to talk with them while they sign and you usually can get a snapshot of them signing. The security seems to be a good bit understanding considering the crazyness that goes on. I know Trent & Donta have both cancelled the last two weeks so not sure if I'll get another opportunity to get those. Sorry about your experience, especially your son's.
