I ended up calling AT%T and EVENTUALLY they conferenced a call with Palm. The Palm rep was terrific and within seconds had generated a NEW serial number, had me check it and I was able to download it. So I have it, am off to Maine so I'll have to wait until this evening to see if it all works. Special thanks to Palm support for being so FAST in resolving the issue! I had a similar issue junior882.
