Tonight I met with Timothy Chan and his mother for a great evening of conversation and some really good food. Timothy has a Dell Axim X51 and has a great story to tell about how he got into Pocket PCs. He was given a Sprint PPC Phone and found that the device was lost, contacted the owner, and returned it. After giving it up, he couldn’t go without a PPC, so he got the Axim.
They picked me up and we dined at the Texas Land & Cattle. The restraunt was spot on and we visited on the perfect night. It was all you could it eat sirloin night. The steak was prepared with some wonderfully tasty peppercorn sauce and was SUPERB!
